Digital Account Manager

A leading digital performance agency, Digital Fusion seeks a Digital Account Manager to keep up with its rapid growth. With a can-do attitude, this individual contributor will design, execute and measure digital, email, mobile, social, and digital media marketing campaigns for clients. This role is based at Digital Fusion’s Denver, Colorado headquarters.




  • Supports and/or manages several digital marketing client accounts with programs spanning multiple channels including email, social media, digital ads, mobile and search as well as technical integration.
  • Support the design, deployment and measurement of business-building campaigns to help clients increase revenues, reduce costs and build competitive advantage
  • Proven account management skills to support and guide clients
  • Must understand what works vs. what doesn’t in digital marketing
  • Proven ability to manage technical projects working effectively with internal and client development resources
  • Measure results and communicate to client via the agency's digital marketing dashboard / scorecard / reporting
  • Implement and help improve service delivery process and procedures
  • Balances a strategic approach with a proven ability to execute across small and large organizations
  • Client service, including project management and ongoing support
  • Proven ability to manage and drive third-party vendor partners
  • Other client, business development, marketing and operational duties, as required

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • 3-6+ years of agency account management and/or client-side experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Effective presentation skills – online and in-person
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with a positive “solutionist” attitude
  • Technical project management experience desired
  • Proven quantifiable results in current / previous work experience
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms a plus, ideally the ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform
  • Social media, web development, search and/or mobile marketing experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search/pay-per-click (PPC) a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics preferred. Google Analytics certification a plus, but not required
